Tuna Eggs Benedict with Avocado (鮪魚鮮蔬佐酪梨蛋堡)

Ingredients
1 Egg
1/2 English Muffin
1/2 Avocado
1 tsp Garbanzo Beans
5 leaves Arugula
1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat a 3/4 full pot of water until gently boiling.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado. Top with garbanzo beans.
- Start toasting English muffin.
- Stir the water and make a vortex, add the egg to the center. Flip egg once halfway through cooking. Let cook for 3 minutes only!
- Plate by adding English muffin, avocado, tuna mixed with garbanzo beans, poached egg, arugula, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
