Directions
- Place artichokes on a grill to char with salt and pepper.
- Make the dressing by mixing the yogurt with vinegar, minced shallot, and minced dill.
- Place rotisserie chicken with artichokes.
- Chop romaine lettuce and place on a plate, add chicken with artichokes, sprinkle feta cheese, and add the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste
