Weekend brunch trick to get rid of half an avocado and lunch meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 English Muffin

  • 1 slice Salami

  • Guacamole
  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 2 tbsp Salsa

  • 1 tsp Garbanzo Beans

  • Salt

Directions

  • Heat a 3/4 full pot of water until gently boiling.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocado and salsa together. Top with garbanzo beans.
  • Start toasting English muffin.
  • Stir the water and make a vortex, add the egg to the center. Let cook for 3 minutes only!
  • Plate by adding the English muffin, a slice of salami, guacamole, egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
