Ingredients
1 Egg
1/2 English Muffin
1 slice Salami
- Guacamole
1/2 Avocado
2 tbsp Salsa
1 tsp Garbanzo Beans
Salt
Directions
- Heat a 3/4 full pot of water until gently boiling.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado and salsa together. Top with garbanzo beans.
- Start toasting English muffin.
- Stir the water and make a vortex, add the egg to the center. Let cook for 3 minutes only!
- Plate by adding the English muffin, a slice of salami, guacamole, egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
