Instructions
  1. Heat a 3/4 full pot of water until gently boiling.
  2. Use a fork to smash the avocado. Top with garbanzo beans.
  3. Start toasting English muffin.
  4. Stir the water and make a vortex, add egg to the center. Flip egg once half way through cooking. Let cook for 3 minutes only!
  5. Plate by adding English muffin, avocado, tuna mixed with garbanzo beans, poached egg, arugula, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
