  1. Place artichokes unto a grill to char with salt and pepper.
  2. Make dressing by mixing the yogurt with vinegar, minced shallot, and minced dill.
  3. Place rotisserie chicken with artichokes.
  4. Chop romaine lettuce and place on plate, add chicken with artichokes, sprinkle feta cheese and add dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste
