Guacamole and Salami Eggs Benedict

Instructions
  1. Heat a 3/4 full pot of water until gently boiling.
  2. Use a fork to smash the avocado and salsa together. Top with garbanzo beans.
  3. Start toasting English muffin.
  4. Stir the water and make a vortex, add egg to the center. Let cook for 3 minutes only!
  5. Plate by adding English muffin, a slice of salami, guacamole, egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
